You agree to pay the monthly amount selected on the agreement and authorize a debit to the card or account you indicate. Give 60 days’ notice to cancel. A late charge is assessed if payment is not received on the date indicated.

You have seven business days to cancel. Send that note to info@buckheadmma.com. If optional services are offered, anything you did not select should be lined through.

The fitness-membership section of the agreement does not apply the same way to skill-based programs such as children’s martial arts, aerial silks, self-defense, and similar. Signing agrees to the rules and regulations of AK.

What the agreement also says

• Missing class does not erase the balance still owed. After the program end date, missed classes relieve the school of making those lessons up.
• The schedule can change. A change does not, by itself, cancel what you owe.
• The gym may close for holidays, special events, and up to four weeks a year for maintenance, without pausing the fee.
• Ongoing memberships renew each billing period. Tuition can rise with notice equal to the cancellation notice.
• Cancellation uses the academy’s cancellation form. If no notification period is specified, it is 90 days. You keep membership rights until that period ends, once the payments due in it are made.
• The academy can end the agreement for cause, including a break of its rules.
• If a member dies, the estate may cancel. The health spa may keep a predetermined fee plus a pro-rata share: total cost divided by the months in the term, times the months already elapsed.
