Georgia’s health-spa notice, as Buckhead MMA publishes it on the membership agreement.

If you pay for any part of the agreement in advance, you are paying for future services and may risk that money if this health spa stops doing business. Health spas do not post a bond. No other protection may be provided if you pay ahead.

Getting out

  • Seven business days to cancel. Email info@buckheadmma.com.
  • After that, cancellation needs the academy’s cancellation form and 60 days’ notice, unless the agreement names a different notification period.
  • If a notification period is not specified, it is 90 days.
  • The membership ends when the payments due inside that period are paid. You keep the membership until the period expires.
  • Stopping attendance does not cancel the remaining balance.
